E.J. Pavia
E.J. is a Mexipino (Mexican & Filipino ancestry) musician who developed his love for music in elementary school. He has 20+ years of experience playing guitar, and 10+ years playing a variety of percussion instruments. He recognizes the healing powers of art and music, with the understanding that cultural work has been used both to celebrate the best of times, and also to get through the more difficult moments in life. E.J. loves to lead community-oriented music and art making workshops that uplift and advance important social justice issues. He is excited to share his love for cultural work with students of all ages.

Irlanda ‘Landis’ Pulido
Landis is a Queer-Chicane-Indigene who walks with permission on these sacred lands. She is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz, an artist, educator and healing justice practitioner. They believe in bringing in the breath, movement and healing into the arts and creative space to invite wholeness, imagination and joy. As a teaching artist she works with a Popular Education lens and strives for young people to thrive in an inclusive and safe engaged environment. Gracias
