Ashish Kulkarni

Board Member

Ashish is currently a first-year MBA at The Wharton School and joined the MUST board through his involvement with Highwind Impact Fund, an organization focused on venture-philanthropy that provides grants to scale local non-profits. He grew up playing the violin for almost a decade both privately and in school, and his passion for music and its critical impact on education has been pervasive throughout his life. He's thrilled to have the opportunity to utilize his professional experience to help grow such an incredible organization.

Prior to Wharton, he was an investor at Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based middle-market private equity firm with over $19B in cumulative committed capital. Before that, he worked at Bain & Company in Houston where he primarily focused on commercial due diligences for private equity clients. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University.
